The greatest gains are seen in the low ($126,000 improvement) and middle ($1.6 million) regions of the marketplace as those providers expected things to improve at a 39% clip. Meanwhile, companies on the high end of the marketplace forecasted a much more conservative bump of less than 4%. Meanwhile, from a staffing perspective, it appears many companies are hiring and bringing personnel back in line with what it was before the recession. Both full-time and part-time positions rose, with small-sized firms proportionally recruiting the most. However, fulltime staffs of large companies actually declined. The number of installed accounts dropped by 32; both commercial and residential attrition gained a point, 4 points for large players. The lone exception is administrative personnel where salaries are in line with medium-sized operations.
