akota Alert is a South Dakota-based business that has been
specializing in simple-to-use, low-cost wireless alerts.
Many of the products are used in suburban or rural areas to
monitor backyards, driveways, patios, tool sheds, etc. PIR sensors
can be used to monitor for people or vehicles entering an area and
then send a signal to a receiver up to half-a-mile away. Te receiver
can be used as a standalone system with a built-in chime or it can be
connected to a control panel through the four form C relay outputs.
Te receiver also has a 12VDC output that can be used to power a
strobe light or siren.
We also have other sensors such as a solar-powered break beam
sensor that can be set up in just a few minutes with no wiring. Tis
helps reduce the installation time compared to having to run a wire
with other sensors. Other wireless sensors are available that will only
detect vehicles.
We also ofer a tremendous wireless range on products like our
wireless door chime. With a 1,000-foot wireless range our doorbell has
a much greater range than similar products on the market.
