Technical and electronics both moved up a notch apiece. Note: respondents could select more than one answer. More than half the respondents (54%) have undergraduate or graduate degrees. In excess of nine in 10 have at least some collegiate experience. Among those selecting "other" were those presently still pursuing a degree and police academy graduates.
